In cases where this Application specifically states that some Data is not mandatory, Users are free not to communicate this Data without consequences.

Methods of Processing

The Owner takes appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, or unauthorized destruction of the Data. Data processing is carried out using computers and IT-enabled tools. In addition to the Owner, Data may be accessible to external parties (such as third-party technical service providers, hosting providers, or communications agencies) appointed, if necessary, as Data Processors.

These services host the files that enable the Application to run.

GitHub Pages (GitHub Inc.): A hosting service provided by GitHub, Inc. Personal Data processed: various types of Data as specified in the privacy policy of the service.

Infrastructure Monitoring

This allows the Application to monitor the performance and troubleshooting of its components.

Sentry (Functional Software, Inc.): A monitoring service provided by Functional Software, Inc. Personal Data processed: various types of Data as specified in the service’s privacy policy.

Authentication and Wallet Interaction

By connecting a wallet, Users allow this Application to identify them and provide access to dedicated services.

MetaMask / WalletConnect / Safe: These services facilitate the connection between the User's digital wallet and the Platform. Restake.gg does not store private keys or seed phrases. We only process the Public Wallet Address to display portfolio data and facilitate "one-click" transaction routing.

Please note that all transactions facilitated through the Restake.gg interface occur on public blockchains (Base, Ethereum, Solana, etc.). On-chain data is public by nature and is not under the control of Restake.gg. While we do not "process" this data in a traditional sense, it is visible to anyone and cannot be deleted or modified due to the immutable nature of blockchain technology.
